Jev Plays SimCity

Let Jev build a simulated city from constrained candidate actions

How this project uses Jev

Input
Micropolis city state, funds, demand, recent actions and code-generated candidates for construction, advancing time or stopping
Jev decides
Two Choice calls first select an action category and then a concrete action with coordinates; code supplies road connectivity, budget and layout constraints
Code executes
Revalidates actions before calling the game API and records requests, execution results and snapshots for offline replay. Ambiguous mutations trigger a state read and stop instead of a blind construction retry

Evidence and limitations

The MIT license, Jev calls, execution logic and author experiment records were reviewed without running the game or model. The author reports not achieving the 5,000-person challenge or 12-month survival target. The population indicator includes industrial contributions and is not a count of housed residents. Substantial scripted strategy makes this a combined controller experiment, not an unaided planning benchmark. Gallery has not verified costs or latency.

This project has not been run independently here. Author-reported results are not independently verified results.
