Submissions

Project name, URL, author and description may be published after review. Contact emails remain private and are used for review and missing-information, rejection, or publication updates. Raw submissions are retained for review and correction requests. A new submission sends the curator an email with the project name, public URL, submission time and ID; the email does not include contact details, the description or the private receipt. Contact the curator via X @drmrzhong with your submission ID to request correction or deletion; do not post sensitive details publicly.

Anonymous usage measurements

We measure page type, public guide identifier, language, immediate and first tab-session referral categories, and actions such as source clicks, filter use and submission outcomes. We do not collect search terms, submission content, contact details or full referring URLs. A temporary random session ID is held in this tab; sessions do not represent unique people. The server retains only a daily hash of that ID. Events older than 30 days are cleared on subsequent analytics requests, and short-lived counters support abuse protection. Our analytics do not store raw IP addresses; Cloudflare may process connection data to provide hosting and security services.

Local preferences and drafts

Language and theme preferences are stored on your device. Unsubmitted drafts are stored in this tab for up to 24 hours and removed after successful submission or when you clear the draft. Private receipts and retry information also remain in this tab for up to 24 hours; you can download your receipt for private storage. Closing the tab ends that session.

Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure public page views, referring domains, language, and project, follow and AICZ link clicks. Google uses first-party cookies to recognize browsers and process measurement data; cookies expire after 90 days. We do not send form contents, contact details, search terms, private receipts or URL query parameters. Submission-status pages do not load Google Analytics. Ad personalization and automatic form/search tracking are disabled.

Declining does not affect browsing. You can withdraw consent at any time; site-wide analytics opt-out and browser privacy signals also block Google Analytics. Google Privacy Policy ↗
