How this project uses Jev

Input: Home device state, user-configured questions and options, and Assist conversation input
Jev decides: Noul, Choice, Score and Ask services, sensors and a conversation agent return probabilities, options or ratings; House Check groups unavailable entities, low batteries and possible state mistakes
Code executes: Users can connect answers to notifications or subsequent automation actions and handle issues from a repair card; the project also includes importable blueprints and a daily usage sensor

Evidence and limitations

The MIT license, Home Assistant integration code and request path were reviewed without installing HA, running automations or calling Jev. Requests send configured questions and relevant home state to the chosen provider; automations can affect real devices, so constrain triggers and verify actions first. Requires Home Assistant 2026.9+; its jevclient API client is a separate dependency.
